Summer is winding down and the 2023 Fall Sports will begin Practice for those in grades 9-12 on Monday August 7th. EVERY athlete MUST have a current physical dated after April 15, 2023 to begin practicing. Football 6-9pm all week - Volleyball 5-7 the first two days - Cross Country 8-9:30am all week - Cheer 3-5 Monday.

Due to scheduling issues Mondays Awards Night will be pushed back a day to Tuesday June 13th beginning at 6:30 PM. We will start the night with Track, followed by Softball and Baseball. I apologize for the change but softball has an All District meeting in Deckerville at 6:00 pm Monday and the coaches must attend.

Congratulations to Jr. High track team members qualifying for last night's Mid Michigan MEGASTAR meet in Shepherd: Thijs van Rijn, William Welch, Hudson Groner, Brennan Robinson, Brianna Rayl, Lillian Mouton, Payton King, Norah Kiley, Jocelyn Tetil, and Violet Tetil. A special congratulations to Violet Tetil, who placed 5th in the 800, and Norah Kiley, who placed 4th in the two mile.

Sports Physical Opportunity for all Athletes:
Sports physicals and/or child wellness check ups for both males and females will take place at Dr. Kramer’s clinic on Monday, June 12 2023. Please, notify the school office if you would like a sports physical. Pre-registration required by June 1st, although no one will be turned away that has the form completed the day of. The fee for Physicals will be $20.00 and Hills & Dales will be donating a portion of the proceeds back to the school.
