Kingston Community Schools wishes you and your family a very Merry Christmas!

🎄✨ The final days before Christmas Break at KES were filled with joy, laughter, and the true spirit of the season. Our school was busy spreading cheer to our staff, students, and families in so many meaningful ways.
From our wonderful Christmas Program, to GSRP students creating gingerbread houses with their families, to our KES Student Council caroling in each classroom, and our older students lending a helping hand to younger classmates with Christmas crafts, every moment was a reminder of how special our school community truly is.
These were days filled with memories we know our students and families will cherish for years to come. ❤️
From all of us at KES, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🎅🎁✨

🌟 A Beautiful Gift of Love 🌟
Mrs. Walker was delighted to share that her 3rd grade students participated in the Ruby’s Yarn of Hope project through Back Alley Fibers! 🧶 Each student designed a hat on paper, and it was brought to life as a beautiful, meaningful gift. A project they’ll always remember! Thank you to the knitters and donors💖

Mark Ransford and Damien Wasik are putting on a big NYE celebration in Caro. They asked Tuscola Technology Center students to make a giant beet that will light up and drop from a fire truck ladder at midnight on NYE.

In the event that school is cancelled on Friday, December 19th, we will follow the attached schedule on Monday, January 5th, 2026. Students should take everything home on Thursday, December 18th to be ready for their exams.

Please help us congratulate the most recent Kingston Elementary V.I.P's! Thanks to the bucket mix-up plot twist, we’re still celebrating a few extra 5th grade V.I.P. winners. When a C.A.R.D.S. ticket finds its way into the wrong bucket, we just call it a bonus round of good behavior!
Our Kingston Elementary students earn C.A.R.D.S. tickets by:
• Choosing Respect
• Acting Responsibly
• Being Ready to Learn
• Doing Their Best
• Showing Character
Each ticket gives students a chance to be named a weekly V.I.P., complete with a positive phone call home, VIP cafeteria seating with a friend, prizes from the Cardinal’s Nest, and plenty of well-deserved bragging rights.
Way to finish 2025 strong, Cardinals!
