The Cardinal Center Day Care operates Monday thru Friday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm and is located in the Kingston Elementary building at 3644 Ross Street. Here you will find quality daycare at a reasonable rate. We are offering preschool blocks for three and four year olds.
