Extra! Extra! Read all about it! KES has a NEW BOOK VENDING MACHINE and we’re going to shout it! Thank you to Jeff and Sheila Machota for your research and grant writing support in making this dream come true for our staff and students. Thank you to the Tuscola County Community Foundation for providing grant opportunities to support exciting projects like this. We are THRILLED with this brand new addition to our elementary school. Students at KES will have the opportunity to earn exclusive book tokens to “purchase” books from the vending machine. The machine only accepts these exclusive tokens, which makes the opportunity to earn a book prize even more special. Stay tuned for more details!

We rewarded them with ice cream for all their hard work this summer. Thank you to all our KES staff who made this year’s summer school program possible, as well as Andrew at Extreme Freeze for supplying our students with a sweet treat!
